Mail-in registration form and parental consent along with a non-refundable deposit of $150 (balance due by first day of camp), or you may send the complete camp fee at once. Registration remains open until session is full. Due to limited seats in boats camp fills quickly, so please register early!
Confirmation Letter & Information
Upon receipt of registration and parental consent, a checklist of what to bring to camp and additional information will be sent to you via email. If you have not received this email within two days of online registration or two weeks of mail‐in registration, please email Camp Director Megan Mitchell at email@example.com.
Refund / Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. It can be emailed to Camp Director Megan Mitchell at firstname.lastname@example.org. For cancellations prior to eight days before the start of camp, all fees will be refunded except for the $150 deposit. For cancellations occurring within the week prior to camp, 50% of fees will be refunded. Day of camp cancellation, no refund. Registration fee/deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
No physical examination is required prior to arrival at camp. Each camper must have a completed parental consent form on file with the camp. The form is part of both the camp online registration and printable brochure. Campers should be in good physical condition. Please notify the Camp Director of any minor or major allergies or medical conditions, including any food allergies or intolerances and other special needs.
The parent / guardian must provide primary insurance for their camper. Central Florida Rowing Camps provides only secondary accident / medical insurance.
Supervision & Rules
Parents may be assured that all campers receive 24-hour-a-day supervision. We make every effort to provide a program where campers will have fun while learning. We reserve the right to send any camper home, without a refund, if a camper does not conduct themselves in a manner that will enhance proper and safe learning, good sportsmanship, and a willingness to follow directions.
Any campers who drive themselves to camp will not be allowed to drive themselves to and from campus / the boathouse for the duration of camp. Campers may not leave at anytime for any reason. For campers who drive and leave their car at the boathouse during camp, car keys will be handed over to the Camp Director for the duration of camp.
Cell Phones & Computers
Phones, iPads, tablets, computers, etc., are not permitted to be used during camp. Campers are asked to leave these items at home, or put away during camp activities. Phones brought will be collected by the Camp Director at the beginning of camp and issued back to campers during free time in the camp schedule. Please discuss any concerns with the Camp Director PRIOR to camp start date.
